Nomination Day!

Tomorrow the Ray of Light Award nominations will be posted. The awards serve to celebrate and promote excellence in high school theatre. Last year, Montoursville had 14 nominations and we won for Best Play (The Crucible) and our leading man, Austin Boroch, won for his portrayal of John Proctor. This year, who knows?! Maybe the award for Best Overall Drama Program is coming back home! We've missed Big Bertha!

Daddy Daughter Dance

Our adorable Ellie was taken to the Daddy Daughter Dance at school today. A genius fundraiser for the high school newspaper, the dance was the first of hopefully many more annual events to come. Michael bought Gabrielle a really cool hand-crafted necklace and we ordered a wrist corsage for her. It was one of those nights when I could literally see a beautiful memory being made.
